Terms of Service

By creating a LinqDesk workspace you agree to these terms.

The service

LinqDesk is software that helps you manage backlink outreach. Emails are sent from mailboxes you connect and own. We do not send email on your behalf from our own infrastructure, and we are not an email service provider.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to use every mailbox you connect.
• You are responsible for the content of the emails sent from your account, including any generated drafts you choose to send.
• You must comply with anti-spam law that applies to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR where relevant. That includes honouring opt-out requests and not emailing addresses you have no legitimate basis to contact.
• You must respect the terms of your own email provider, including their sending limits.
• You may not use LinqDesk to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or bulk unsolicited commercial email at scale.

Acceptable use

We may suspend an account that generates significant spam complaints, attempts to circumvent sending limits, or uses the service to harm others. Where practical we will contact you first.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages, including outages at Google, your email provider or our data providers, may interrupt sending.

Data

You own your workspace data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost rankings, lost links, deliverability outcomes, domain reputation, or indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
